WHAT ARE THE FEATURE OF THE ALARM MONITORING CONTROLLERS ?
The CLOVER C2100AX/4 has 4 independent loop inputs and 4 independent relay outputs which can each be programmed to operated in a variety of ways when an intruder, fire or hazard is detected. Output relays can follow the alarm condition, latch until cleared by the operator, or latch for a programmable length of time. Details are immediately transmitted to the PC via the LSM for display and storage.
The CLOVER C2100AX/16 has 16 independent loop inputs but only one relay output. This unit is more economical when one overall alarm sounder is sufficient to warn that an intruder, fire or hazard has been detected. The operator is informed by the PC screen display which detectors have been activated and what actions he must take.
Each loop in both types of unit can have independent alarm time zones. This means, for example, that detectors can be automatically inhibited while personnel are legitimately moving about in secure areas during normal working hours. Cards specified as guard access cards can also be used to inhibit alarms.
